Well the house bit sounds fun and hammering nails is good training for swinging ice tools. Helps with aim and all that.
Not sure bout the parenting myself but hey, have fun.
And if you ever have an inclination to sail the deep blue to Easter Island count me in.

We'll miss you Ev. There'll be no more calls of "Cmon princess!" when we go for the crux or need to commit to a move. No funny grunts when you go for a move and/or fall off. And there'll be no more calls of "nice, beaver" out and about bouldering anymore.
I'll just have to go take some newbie out to The Eyrie, preferably when there's forecasts of strong winds. That'll make a boulderer out of 'em!

$61.60 from here to Melbourne proper with Hunter Couriers. I got the impression it would be more if it's outside Melbourne, like Geelong or something.
