Click on the blue download button in the middle of the page, not the big green one at the top of the page which is just a banner ad.

(Not having a go at Neil), but before you print, when I did a quick calc, at the large poster size, there just weren't enough pixels to start with to make this sharp at 300 dpi. If you want a nice sharp poster you're going to have to drop it down a size, but then again if you're not getting too close to it the large size is probably okay.
I'd be interested to see what it looks like on canvas though, my gut feel tells me the route names wouldn't look that sharp, but I'd like to see it in the canvas.
