D.L. Bliss State Park, on the western side of Lake Tahoe. It's in the middle of quite a good little boulder field and the guidebook has an open dare to anyone willing to risk life and limb on an ascent. I was initially tempted, but it turns out I just don't have the testicular fortitude - the thing is about 7m high and sitting on a tiny little chossy pedestal that has a hole right through it!
