Attention Neil and other mods. I've added a new admin function allowing you to set a topic, within a forum, as "Sticky". It's right next to the link that lets you lock the topic. Neil if you're keen you could start a new topic called "Frequently Asked Questions", make it both Locked and Sticky, and maintain within it links to questions that get asked over and over. You can make the links look neat by using the 2nd method explained on the help page. You can, of course, make other topics sticky too (for a period of time), if they seem very important, though more than two or three and you'll be using a fair amount of vertical space.
