Had a few hours spare today and made a start on adding this feature. If you head over to the Find Climbers forum you'll now notice a Public and Private upcoming trips section.

At the moment anyone can add attendees or change their status within a public trip. Within a private trip only the trip leader or existing attendees can add further attendee's or change their status. Private trips are not visible to the public.

This is still very much a work in progress, though you're welcome to use it in it's current state. Out of time now, but will have another crack it again some time soon.

Future improvements yet to be added:
- Auto PM Attendees
- Clone Attendees from previous trips
- Calendar style view of upcoming trips
