Well it didn't seem that hard so I put something together over lunch. Users should now note the little mail icon beside users names allowing one to PM that user. A new "PM" buttons sits beside the "Profile" button at the top right of every forum page allowing you maintenance over your In Box, Sent Box, etc. And if someone sends you a PM you should see a green link appear beside the "Welcome User" text. I've allowed for up to 30 messages to be kept per user before you'll need to start deleting older ones. Note, that includes the sender's copy of the message in the Sent Box. Oh, and to reply with quoted message body, first view your message then hit the "Reply" button.

There might be bugs, I did it real fast. Let me know if something goes wrong.
