There was a warning article many years ago in rock where some guys in tassie had a quickdraw slide down the rope to the piece below while climbing. They then fell and somehow rope unclipped from the lower quickdraw but at the same time the two biners clipped themselves together.
Not what we're talking about but an example of something unexplainable or replicatable happening |
