So essentially, if I was clipped in to one of the small loops, took a bit of a bounce (>300kg) on it and the stitching ripped, I would still be connected to an almost full strength sling providing I hadn't clipped two loops with the one biner. With the metolius rig, if something catastrophic happened and the stitching tore or the webbing was cut, it would fail no matter which loop I was clipped to, but the force needed is much greater and I would probably be dead from what ever caused that amount of energy anyway. The metolius one looks like it will hang a lot neater and you can clip it to more that one anchor, which you can't do with my daisy.
