At the moment I am fooling around with my set-ups, and was just wondering what other people are doing, and if there is a way I have not heard about, or though of yet.

(I am using only two aiders at the moment, but I will soon be upgrading to two pairs)

I have my daisys girthed to my belay loop as usual, and on the other end of each I have an autolock biner. Also on these biners I have my aiders attached, so I cannot drop my aiders and it saves me time by combining them (there will be two aiders on each krab once I get my second aider set). Attached to the auto locking carabiner, I have an oval snapgate, which is what I use to clip into pieces.

Now I have talked to a few people who use nearly the same system, except they use an ADDITIONAL locker at the end of their aiders, to attach to the Daisy locker. They said that it makes it easier to switch to jugging.... But aren't you using basically the same setup for ascending? You just attach your jumars, and use the one locker (daisy & aider) to clip into the ascender?

(My goodness I confuse myself when I talk about aiding systems... its so much easier to just do it rather than explain it....)
