they are standard issue for ice, mixed climbing & also harder aid, & a good idea for any marginal placements, especially immediately above belays on multi-pitch routes. I have Yates Screamers (same thing), Vertical (Aust) make them also. The are standard quickdraw length normally (25cm?) & rip progressively to 2-3 times that length.
