Yes. A chest harness will help a lot for holding it steady but finding one that won't ride up and try to strangle you to death is tricky. If you can hold it steady for short bursts that should be OK, just use the good bits in your edit and make it a fast moving flick.

One way is to have two teams of two and be the second in the top team. Then your rope-gun leader can just take you any time so that you can shoot the team below you...
