As for OS a good place to buy gear is www.killerdeals.com

I just bought some jummars and static rope ect. Even with shipping and GST they were cheap.

I import alota stuff gear, holds ect. Sometime it gets missed by customs some times not. Doesnt mater what value it seems. (if you find a good sales rep they will lower the declared value!!)

If you aren't in a hurry ask them to ship the stuff surface it slow but much cheaper!!

Look around and contact them by email directly, go for light cheap to ship stuff.

Avoid FedEX they always charge GST plus handling. Every package I have had with them have either gone missing or been severyly delayed. (thats my grouch for the month!)
