60m is the new 50m! I haven't been climbing long but had already found my 50m a bit of pain the arse. I have come across a few 25m+ abseil descents down here in Vic, I also use the rope for rigging belay anchors and with the 50m on some longer pitches found myself running out of rope. So I've just upgraded to a 60m, for me the advantages of having the extra 10m far outweighs the dis-advantages. My new rope is a Tendon 10.2, its early days but so far its been great.
