Trust my luck, FiveTen have renamed or introduced new models and replaced my current shoes model. It's probably time for a new pair of shoes or at least a spare pair.
My current model were purchased about 4-5 years ago, are reddish, lace up, fully lined with the outer is made from leather and have an "Asym" tag on the side. I know that "Asym" currently refers to the shape of the shoe and applies now to most FiveTen models
What's the equivalent shoe in the current FiveTen range? I'd assume it's the Anasazi lace up.

The Anasazi lace up is pink and the hueco is maroon. depends on what you term reddish really. Oh and if they are the Anasazi Lace up they still exist and are the same colour. The Hueco is due for re release in an updated form and colour.

My current shoes are a pinkish red lined leather upper. But the current Anasazi are a lined Cowdura fabric upper. I'm really just trying to identify what I purchased 5 years ago, so I can purchase an equivalent new pair of shoes.

Sounds like you might have a pair of the old Razors, perhaps (now discontinued). You really have to check out the Australian distributor’s web site to see what's available now days. http://www.spelean.com.au
I'd say go the Anasazi if after top performance (these are definitely better than the Razors which I used to use) otherwise Coyote might be the go.

I have used, and am currently using Anasazi Velcros, Moccasyms, Razors and Coyotes. The Coyote is excellent value for money and a good 'all day' alternative to the Anasazi. I sized mine a little more on the loose side than my cripplingly tight Anasazis. For the money - about $150 - they are an excellent shoe and sit pretty much slap bang between the razor and the anasazi. Expect about .5 to a full size stretch over about 5 sessions of clinbing.

After much time and effort chasing other avenues, I stumbled on some old climbing magizines.
It seems that my old shoes were Huecos, no doubt FiveTen have modified them slightly over the years, other than the cosmetic change in colour.
Spelean isn't carrying them and nor is any of the stockists in the Sydney vicinity, so I've ordered some new ones off the FiveTen website. The landed price is a touch cheaper than Rock Hardware for an equivalently pricedshoe off the FiveTen web site, but there is obviously a gamble with the shoe size, customer support etc. They'll be here probably some time next week :-)
