No.
As ODH was implying, the climbing helmet standards are out of date. Most sport climbing falls where a helmet comes into play are much more likely to mimic falls off a bike. Old school climbing helmets are next to useless at protecting against side impacts or falls where the head impacts against a rockface/ground. Of course bike helmets aren't designed to protect against falling stuff... |
