Lux pure soap flakes and warm water. (this is actualy recomended by Singing Rock) dont have the water to hot, disolve the flakes in a small amount of hot water and dilute with cooler water. Rinse well and dry outa the sun. theres some info on lube for cams floating around one of the gear lust threads not sure wich one. Or leave them sticky and lick the flavour of next time your bored on belay! I once found a dried apricot in a hex wedged in by the wire. God knows how long it had been there I recon i might have starved without it! So never wash is my motto! Phew!
