look in the yellow pages under bolts (i think) call a few places near you and see who will give you the best price. You will find that prices vary significantly. try to work out how many you need before hand as the more you buy the cheaper they will be. You should be able to get the nuts and bolts much cheaper than from uncarved block. I made the mistake of buying too many long bolts when most holds only require shorter bolts which are much cheaper. Also make sure you are consistent metric/ imperial if you are getting things from different places. from memory your choices are 3/8 inch and 10mm which are very close in size and should be interchangable with holds but the nuts and bolts arent interchangable but you should check this yourself.
