G'Day all, I gave my elbow a 'tweak' about 6 weeks ago and tried to climb through some mild pain. It wasn't getting any better after a couple of weeks so I've rested it for ~a month so far. The pain is in the back of the elbow roughly where the triceps connect in (above the boney bit). It hurts most when of all things I shake someones hand. I've had one deep tissue muscle/trigger point massage to date. Any advise out there regarding strapping, stretches, etc ...whatever..... to help get on old dinosaur back on the rock for the 'Spring Offensive' ?
