Hydrogen peroxide and Cicatrin powder are the bomb, The've kept me in the water in Indo for years but I think that they may be a little excessive for minor cuts and scratchers. Its also a prescription only drug now but the docs are happy to hand it out if you make up some bullshit about travelling to the tropics. I think what these guys need to do is wash their hands in hot soappy water occasionally, yeah I know theres no water. Use some warm salty water to bath the cuts and apply some betadine and bandaids/ bandages. Hope that helps.
