Zenben I got CTS because of bad practises at work.The long and the short is I wanted to get well quick I did it all , physio ,reki, bowen, and surgery, corticosteroid injections putting that stuff into my body really didn't thrill me so i didn't do it and had a very speedy recovery back on the wall after 4 weeks doing very easy grades 6 weeks medium grades and 8 weeks back to where i left off.I put down the success of the situation to embracing all modalities.Had the surgery under local with some madazolam iv really good !!!!!!! wanted more but they wouldn't let me have it! Opted for the cut it right open so you can see what your doing rather than the tunnel approach hence i have successfully lengthened my life line. Its as good as new, get off the internet that stuff only scares people if in doubt get second opinions there is no harm in that .
