Yes - the population of '7-Eleven Certified' medical practitioners far outweighs the number of medical practitioners that actually KNOW what they're talking about. Worth checking every avenue. Why just last weekend I saw some doctors qualifications getting sold with the fruit & veg down the local market. Maybe I should have bought some...

If Beefy gets any healthier, he'll turn into a piece of Tofu...

...and clearly - they're all working. I know a Zulu Witchdoctor that might be able to help you. 30 minutes with him and a handful of dried Hyena bones - and he'll have you sorted. Payment in live cattle preferred of course (much cheaper than the grocery list mentioned above - and probably more beneficial).

Yes - he has, but the relentless tide of bottom humour never ceases. Oh yeah - and don't mention that route on Taipan.

I was told by a live mannequin in Amsterdam about increasing blood flow and making it easier to stretch as well - and I can tell you - it had nothing to do with Magnesium.
Best advice? a) Find a professional who knows what they are talking about (OK- so that could take you 9 months - but stick with it) b) back off the steep stuff for 2 months - but keep climbing c) skateboard to work instead
