"...A man has died in a rock climbing accident in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. Ian Badham from the Careflight helicopter rescue team says the accident happened this afternoon at Mount York, near Mount Victoria..."

I also have a second-hand report of an accident at Newnes (west of Blue Mts), where someone was winched from directly above the Capertee Ck campsite this morning....but no further details.

Does anybody here know of an accident register for NSW bushwalking/climbing/canyoning accidents? the link to http://www.accidentregister.org doesn't seem to be active anymore, and others around the place seem out-of-date.
