Hey ppl
Any advice from ppl who understand shoulders and recovery?
Ive been off climbing for 3 months with a rotator cuff injury (mostly un-diagnosed coz im overseas and finding physio-professionals near impossible), anyway, ive been at the weights-gym doing stabilising exercises and rebuilding shoulder area and am gunna go for a nice easy indoor climb this weekend. It is feeling better, and stable these days.
I dont want to bugger it up again. Want to ease back into it. Anyone got any advice (or experience) to share about getting back into it?
I figure i should avoid the overhangs (or course) and just play on easy vertical stuff for a while?
