Blue Mountains Police Rescue have put the following up on their facebook page a short time ago: Emergency Services, including Police Rescue, are currently on scene at Centennial Glen Blackheth re a fallen climber. Please avoid the area as there are a number of personnel on scene. Further details will be posted at the conclusion of the incident, which is not expected to be complete for some time due to bad weather. I saw several ambulances race past as I was driving through the mountains a little earlier, and it sounds like this is why. Pretty miserable conditions. It was 15 degrees, raining lightly and very foggy as I passed through Blackheath. Fingers crossed the injuries are only minor.
