hey,

just a few notes that i thought were missing...
>Natimuk is the small village next to the mount. it has an excellent climbing store with great prices for Australia>>but having said that , dont go saving the shopping days for great deals in Australia..i think it is the most expensive place in the world to buy gear. so stock up on what you need_especially shoes.
>Horsham is the next town from the mount where you will be doing your food shopping and where a lot of the public transport stops. but forget the idea of a taxi..hitchhiking is a perfectly functioning option.
>getting to the Grampians for a few day trips will be easy to organize with others at the campground too.
>there is an organic farm down the road that quite a few climbers_campers work at to get veggies in return.
>a cheap tent will do> just to keep the locals out (possums and the like).
