Hello guys :-)

Just came back from Mt. Arapiles ... yes, I really did some trad climbing. And I liked it (as I was expecting). Mostly lead on gear placed by a friend, and some stuff on "proper" trad lead. Clipped only two bolts I think ;-)

I still have my opinion that I'd like to see more sport climbing here in VIC. I never said that I want all places on earth to be bolted - no way!
Anyway, I might have sounded a bit too hard in some of my posts now after reading them again.

Don't want to push this discussion any further since I mostly see your various points and can't really say more than I'm used to sport climbs, I like sport climbs, I miss some sport climbs. So it's very personal but yes, I want to change in terms of doing more trad, getting better at it. Still I have preferences and they're certainly not climbing 20m lines on trad. Maybe one day they will be, who kows :-)
