In reality you'll be hard pressed to find anything that stays truely dry. As for bouldering there are a couple of places where you can do a move or 2 but you wont be able to complete any problems. Cassandra can stay dry for it's entire length if the wind is in the right direction, but all other routes you are going to be faced with climbing on wet rock at some stage.
It's pissing down at the moment. Bloody beautiful.
