Park Alert: pest animal program in the Grampians

This month Parks Victoria will be working with the Sporting Shooters Association undertaking a pest management program in the Grampians National Park, see dates and locations below:

14th- 17th October- Black Range State Park and The Victoria Range

25th-28th October- Mount Difficult West, Black Range State Park and The Victoria Range

29th 31st October – Mount Difficult West, Black Range State Park and The Victoria Range

There may be some closures in place or access may be restricted. Visitors take notice of signs and stick to tracks and roads.

Thanks for the heads up kman bro.

It’s a good thing.
They might even bag, err deter, some feral bolters with such action.
I can see it now. It’d be humane; ... due to the rising cost of ammunition they’d no longer be able to fire a warning shot, and since they working for PV would likely thank them for their understanding!
