For some reason I am not able to view Zane's post to the Forum (as quoted above). In fact, the latest posts I can see are 6th Jan and 26 Feb for the "Good Cop" and "Allow" threads respectively.
So I don't know if the Project Coordinator has replied to Zane's question.
However I believe it's necessary to think of the Forum as seeking input AHEAD of preparation of the revised Plan of Management. The revised Plan, a new Draft Plan of Management if you like, will eventually go on public view and invite submissions/comments. So it is entirely likely that interested parties will need to formally submit/re-submit their suggestions at that point in time. I agree, this may seem to be a pain but that's how the system works. And yes, 'the mills of god grind exceedingly slow'.
