NSW South Coast - Any Crags Around? |

I moved from Sydney to Bungendore (near Canberra) about 6 years ago. Given that Granite and I don't get on I thought climbing in and around the ACT was a bit sparce. That and joining a family curtailed my climbing considerably.
Now I've moved to Dalmeny (near Narooma) and it makes Canberra look like the Blue Mountains. Does anyone know if there is any climbing nearby. Of course I know Naaaaarha, and environs but that's just a bit too far. I also see from TheCrag that there is some around Eden but ditto.
There is some (gulp) granite around Central Tilba but it all seems to be on private property. Is there any good news cliffs around.
As I have been on the couch for about 6 years, I need some easy routes to fall off and train my kids on. Not asking much I know.

Great sandstone sea cliff climbing in Ben Boyd National Park. Bitangambee has good short trad and City Rocks has great mixed climbing. Awesome spot - very similar to Point Perp but in miniature. Good bouldering as well.

If you thought Canberra didn't have much good rock around then the climbing around Dalmeny is next to non-existant. Yes there is some small granite cliffs on Little Dromedary near Central Tilba but as you said its on private property and in any case not worth the effort.
Good fishing though!

I've seen Bitangambee and Pulpit Rock on TheCrag.com. It's just a bit far away for a day trip with kids. Where's City Rocks? Is that Ben Boyd too?

I've seen a couple of bolts at the top of a ~15m cliff in Tathra (just south of the Wharf). I think its limestone?

I walked past this area at Xmarse. As soon as I saw the wall from afar I thought "hey hey, some nice cracks to make climbs of..." upon closer inspection, yup, chalked up finger locks, crimps and general shenanigans. Does indeed look quite nice (though limited?)

Perfect for a long weekend - mix a bit of kayaking, fishing and snorkling and it's a top trip away! 7 hours drive from Melbourne or Sydney.
