Hi, I'm looking for advice or your experience to help with planning a climbing trip to the Catalunya region in Spain in October:
* Location - Lleida and surrounds, but would also like to visit Siurana and Riglos/Rodellar. Any recommendations on places to stay around Lleida area? Are day trips possible (with car of course) to these other areas, or would you re-locate? Not camping, would prefer holiday-house type accom. for longer stays.
* Climate - the dates will likely be last week of Sept throughout October - from what I've read this should be OK. Spain's a hot place, but Catalunya is getting closer to the Pyrenees. Any first hand experience?
* Kalymnos - may visit Kalymnos afterwards. Have been once before, briefly in Sept - too hot. Anyone climbed in Kalymnos in November though?
Thanks!
