To resolve this issue I turned to the one true trusted source of all known truth, Google Search. Typing in the two sentences and comparing the hit count:

Lacto: 38,300 hits
AJF: 1 hit

Sorry AJF, Google has spoken. And I don't want to hear any excuses like "don't include the quotes and I get 539,000 hits". That would just be the ravings of a sore loser.
