Berowra - the train station is 3km from the crag
Narrabeen - I've certainly seen buses head down wakehurst parkway, perhaps they stop at the sports centre? (which would be near enough to walk from)
Barrenjoey - L90 goes all the way to the golf course (from wynyard) which is where you'd park your car anyway.
Bangor - Sutherland station is 3km away, but the walk would probably suck a little

All of these have plenty of 14-19 grade climbs.

Certainly for the crags that require walking from a station, if you put a shout out and hooked up with someone they'd probably give you a lift from there to the cliff.

Oh, and Middle Cove doesnt really have a lot at it to make it worthwhile.
