I climbed in Yangshuo in Februry this year for two weeks. The first five days were pretty cold (at least by my standards). They were similar to the Bluies in the middle of winter, although the howling westerly winds were absent. We had a rest day and then got sunburnt for the next three days, with temperatures hovering about 28 degrees. It was even warm enough to go for a swim in the river. The weather couldn't make up its mind. There are a lot of crags there though, so you can usually find one in sun if you want or one in the shade.

The biggest problem we had was the one of the biggest crags, at White Mountain, was closed, beacuse there were angry locals threatenig climbers with machettes there. It was Chris Sharma's fault.
