Oh, I love early morning pedantry. In my humble opinion:
It is 'Araps', because there (discounting Los Arapiles in Spain but with the exception of searching flickr there is very little ambiguity) is only one.
But the definite article 'the' is used to refer to 'the Mount' and 'the pines' to avoid confusion. "I'm going to Mount and going to camp at Pines." makes you sound like a Yorkshireman. |
