Black Velvet bolts ('roo Corner) 2-Feb-2010 At 10:22:09 AM voodoo

I was out at Kangaroo Corner (Blueys) yesterday climbing Black Velvet (which is the climb that starts out at the right hand side of the slab wall, trends left before heading straight up the middle.

It's pretty runout in places, but as I was heading up I kept coming across what looked like fairly fresh holes notched for ringbolts in between the existing bolt runners. Some of them had little curls of spent glue in them, but were otherwise clean.

Are they rings going in, or ones that have come out, or what's the go? Just wondering if someone had the inside word because it was a bit of an odd sight.
