Whats the fit of the vasque and asolo boots like relative to sportiva?

The asolo fit similar to the lasportiva, vasque are wider from memory. Welcome to try them on Phil
The rope is a 60m

I'll take you up on that offer unless others are falling over themselves to buy them; I'm in no real rush. Probably most interested in the Asolo. Is it perceptably longer than a 48 Sportiva?
Curse all the boot makers that don't make 48.5s. I have some Lowa's in 48.5 which fit perfect, and they dont make any of their technical boots in that size. Boo to them.

Philip & other Sasquatch People,
I have a pair of Lowa Civetta Extremes (red, plastic) in US14 that you can have, for postage costs, if they fit you.
There's some minor scuffs and wear and surface rust on the buckles, they look a bit rough, but they're in perfectly usable condition. They've probably had no more than 30 days use in total.
(whoops, sorry Brendan, didn't mean to hijack your post. Everyone - buy Brendan's boots, they're much nicer!)

Hi Brendan,
Not sure if your PM box is full, but do you have a tracking number for the rope I paid for?
Been about two weeks and still not here...
Thanks
Tim

Sorry for the hassle...

When logged in, most pages on Forum have click button options near top centre/right of screen.
One of those is 'Profile', and once clicked on it allows you to edit your profile, including email address.

Damo, thanks very much for the offer. I'm not sure how much I would actually use a pair of plastics, however if they really don't have an another home, I will take you up on your offer and try them in NZ over winter. If they don't work for me, I will extend the same offer to anyone else on chokky.
Do you want to PM me postage costs to Victoria?
I will however still try on Brendan's boots, when we get out climbing next.
