My mate Dave, who owns a megamid, reckons my minipeak seems more bomber than his megamid. I think it's great and I only have the regular one, not the sylnylon, lighter version. The One Planet looks like a direct copy to me. I imagine they are both made in China, like everything else. The megamid is larger though - all sides are the same length, whereas the minipeak is slightly rectangular. Sleeps two easily or one with stacks of room, You can squeeze four in a megamid but they cost a lot more.
