Bear in mind that only a total fukwit would spend $900 on a jacket...............so $450 isn't half price, it's kinda like half the fukwit price.

Seriously, who the fuch sells a raincoat for $900? You can get a perfectly functional car for that price.

eh hem...stop giving the mans business plan away...

Plan for ONE MILLION DOLLARS

Step 1: Buy crappy raincoat in Krapmandu 97.34% Sale

Step 2: Sell Crappy raincoat to dumfuchs at 50% of tag price

Step 3: Buy crappy car

Step 4: Do a bank job.

Better watch out mate cos we're onto you and we'll be telling the cops about you next time a 7/11 gets done over.

so what'd you buy it for if and there are still tags attached why are you selling it? what did you pay for it? most people are unlikely to just buy it, take it home and decide that it's not worth it and sell it for a major loss, and i reckon you're about the same as most people (esp given 2/3 posts of yours are selling things)
btw it's on sale for 399 at backcountry (granted you may have to go through a hoop to get it sent, but if you're savvy enough to buy online, you're savvy enough to get it shipped to australia)

Purchased in Australia.. Has store stickers/price still on tags.. Bought it at 20% off sale. ($720) for mountaineering trip to NZ in dec. The company i work for got bought out, got made reduntant. Cant find receipt, paid cash so they cant look it up, cannot return jacket. Need to pay car rego and rent. Thus selling shiny new jacket.

My foot size is 11, favourite colour is blue and my favourite drink is bourbon. Anything else?

Maybe you forgot eBay? Average pricing there is about $370-380 delivered to Aus. Hope that helps you, as I'm sure you want to price this appropriately.

Oh, I feel a bit mean now, and that's without the burden of a conscience.........Miguel must feel like shit!

Seems the lesson in all of this is that unless you're putting up new routes on the North Face of Mt. Fuchinardcore, then most climbers will give you shit for owning top shelf clothes :)

far cheaper plan.

Buy air Asia flight to China.

Buy cheap black market knock off rain jacket for $5
Bring it home and sell it to numpties for $900
Buy Stugangs children with the profits.
Fly back to china with Stugangs children and sell them to the factory
Use that money to buy more cheap rainjackets
Then do Stugangs and DOH's earlier strategy X 10
