Discuss what? That people who work for gear stores get prices on the cheap from suppliers and then often enough on sell them at a later date, still making a profit?

On another tangent, Hardly Normal complains about online shopping and yada yada, GST makes stores competitive etc, it's actually the middle man around australia that makes things so expensive - the wholesalers. If a bunch of retail stores just took up direct importing, or made a shell company to import and then distribute, cutting out the wholesaler, things would be so much cheaper around here...
