Obviously, anytime you think you're gone and you manage to pull through is a great feeling or when you finally do a climb that you once couldn't even pull on to or just staying clam and doing what you know you can do even though your fear is trying to talk you out of it. However, I also think when you're belaying is when you realize how great climbing is. Having just lead a pitch, strapped in on a small ledge your feet dangling over the edge, with a great view across the valley, sun shinning but not too hot, almost surprised by the fact that you're not freaked out by just being there, with 20 minutes or so to sit back and enjoy.... nothing better.
