I'm a bit old-fashioned [ "Oh really?", I hear you say! ;-) ] and I like to top out then sit enjoying the situation as I bring up the second.

BUT, it seems to me that in cases such as the one being discussed here it should be possible for 'top out freaks' (like me) to simply clip one of the lower off bolts as another runner then continue to the top. Or is dementia confusing me here?
