Alternatively, as far as the best climbs I've done, I'd vote for: 
 
Quo Vaids, Araps, - awesome position, great climbing, and it felt like it wasn't over till the very last move 
 
Hotel Cal, Pierces Pass - yep, it's a truly amazing traverse - thanks again, mikl! 
 
and 
 
Catch the Wind, Engineer's Cascade. I've only seconded this, but it still made me do some outrageously funky moves. And it's one of the most beautiful lines around.
