The whole point of this thread, correct me if I'm wrong Neil, is that there's usually enough things to worry about, without worrying about falling or dropping something on someone's kid.
It's very unlikely there's a spot at the base of any cliff that's 100% safe, and the fact that there is a baby at the base of a cliff anywhere near where I'm climbing, will make me extra cautious about what I'm doing. This could mean the difference between doing a route, or deeming it too dangerous given the presence of a child.
So by taking babies to the crag, you're imposing restrictions on what others do, whether you think you are or not |
