In the interests of efficiency, and I know a lot about efficiency, I work for the Government, I propose a set of Chockstone FAQ sheets to direct people to with common queries.

Most of them will just be a re-direct to existing threads;

New To Climbing - Where do I start?
Buying Gear Online
Solo-Top Roping Set Ups

Others will require more detail, perhaps a flowchart. Like this one:
I Left/Lost Gear at a Crag/Carpark - Who is to blame?

It's easy; follow the flowchart:
Where was the gear left?
>Sport Crag - Well, what do you expect?
>Trad Crag - Email the other 3 trad climbers in the area
etc...

A similar flowchart could be applied to bolting
Should I be offended by this bolting?
> Are you an idealogue? Well, yes of course you should be offended. Start a Facebook Group.
> Are you an aid climber? Your guys have done plenty worse in the past. Shut up and suck it up
> Have you ever done a new route yourself? See idealogue.
> Do you frequently bolt new routes? Be offended, but make it clear you would never have done it that way. Mention Best Practise.
