Its really only inner city hippies who ride from Newtown to St Peters. When was the last time you saw anyone commuting on a pushie around Villawood (although there are some good bike paths). Everyone is going to jump into the Hyundai Excel and drive there. You are going to need lots of parking for cars.A well lit parking lot because you will be in Villawood with dreadies on. "You are not from around here are you..."
