It looks like (according the map on the link) that the private property is away and
separate from the Dam Cliffs and Dargans Creek Areas that climbers are using.
And if the map is correct her assertion that the following is incorrect.

The area between Valley View Road and Dargans Creek is private
>land. You could say that all the land bordered by Dargans Creek to the
>east, Chifley Road to the north, Darling Causeway to the west and Hartley
>valley to the south is all private land and not accessible to climbers."

The private land indicated is an island of land and does not extend to Chifley Rd in the
North and if it does go down to The Darling Causeway it doesnt include the Dam Cliffs
area. It looks like the Land extends down to Dargans Creek but stops north of the Dam
Cliffs. Unless she owns land that is the Central Heritage Lands Trust which I doubt.
I think if you want to stop climbers on your land then you would have to be more definate
as to want land is actually under your control.
