Star Factory - at Coles Bay (not much below gr25)
Hillwood - Launceston (not much above 25, best stuff is gr 18 - 24)
Mt Brown - Tasman Peninsula (best crag for gr22-27, only one route below gr20)

Adamsfield has bolts but i wouldn't recommend it. Sharp, epic driving approach and it rains a lot.
