Read through this...... then work out some specific goals and come up with a training plan that allows for some movement as daily life dictates to work towards these goals. You need to be specific in the training and holistic in your approach. There's the physical side, technique and mental fundamentals you need to work on to make balanced progress. The easy answer is no one is going to be able to just give you a weekly program that will make you crush. You need to work out your strengths and weaknesses and work on both. Change your routine a little regularly or the effectiveness of your training diminishes. Now time for you to do some research. |
