Get down to Sissy crag. In fact just do a few months bouldering anywhere in Sydney. Top outs at the Balkans should also develop your sloper strength. Bouldering will teach you body position, how to hang holds and also how to move dynamically so you can move fast and effeciently off slopers.

If time is a problem get in the gym and hit the lat pulldown machine but only hold the bar with your tips in an open hand position and increase the movement down to your waist for a few sets, then load up the machine so you can only just pull the bar down a few inches and hold the load there for 15-20 seconds. Before you know it you will have better lock off and sloper strength. There are better ways to train contact strength but are you serious enough to build a woody or systems board?
